KarenGros.com is a cooking class, private events, health + wellness counseling, and travel Site.  Karen Gros provides public and private cooking classes, dinner event, ready-to-go meals, wellness counseling, and tours.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
General Refund Policy for All Digital and Information Products – Due to the digital nature of online courses, ebooks and information products, and the fact that digital content cannot be returned, any digital courses, ebooks and digital products are non-refundable. Note that digital information products and courses are designed to be performed to completion; failure to complete a course will reduce or eliminate its effect upon the customer. I want to make sure you have the best experience possible, so please email me with any questions about what is included and what is not included, and I will always reply with an honest answer so you can make the best decision for yourself.  I am happy to answer any questions about what is taught, and what is not taught, in my courses. Though Karen Gros strongly believes in the value of the advice found within its information products, results are not guaranteed. Karen Gros and Karen Gros Wellness Cooking + Travel disclaims any express or implied warranties.

Refund Policy for Counseling and Counseling-Related Services – Refunds for counseling will not be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy for Cooking Classes – Refunds for regularly scheduled cooking classes will not be provided for cancellations less than 24 hours except in the event of illness or symptoms or exposure pertaining to Covid-19.  Refunds will be granted in the event of cancellation on the part of Karen Gros due to illness, known contact to Covid-19 positive person, accident, external hazard, or bad weather wherein local schools are closed due to such weather.  Once credit has been scheduled to a specific date, if forfeited, it cannot be transferred to another class.  Credit for a future class will expire at year end.

Refund Policy for Tours – Refunds for tours will not be provided under any circumstances.  It is for this reason that trip insurance is a requirement for any person traveling with Karen Gros.

We reserve the right to withdraw or change website features at any time and by any means without prior notice. This may result or be resultant from a mistake, malware, technical issue, glitches, fraudulence, illegal involvement, tampering, or any other reason that interferes with or prohibits the appropriate conduct of this website, company, or campaigns. However, Karen Gros and Karen Gros Wellness Cooking + Travel will not be held liable for these issues or any and all damages they may cause. We reserve the rights to change the pricing structure on any product we choose, at any time and without prior warning.

Arbitration
