WELLNESS COOKING SCHOOL PRACTICES
- Maintain a glove and hand sanitization protocol.
- Clean and sanitize thoroughly kitchen, dining, and restrooms prior to each class, including high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, and all surfaces and equipment.
Class size will be limited to eight attendees.
Parties attending together (pods) will be seated or placed at work stations together to maintain social distance from others outside their pod.
Three dining stations will be provided to maintain social distance during dining; and, weather permitting, dining will take place outside at separate tables.
Ensure participants stay home if they do not feel well or think they may have been exposed to someone with COVID – even if they are asymptomatic.
PRIVATE EVENTS PRACTICES
Chef will wear cloth face coverings and gloves when preparing, serving and clearing food.
Maintain 6 feet social distance when possible.
