Cooking Classes

We specialize in Mediterranean cuisine infused with inspiration from various parts of Asia. Our recipes are curated to be healthful, life promoting nourishment with the goal of eliminating inflammatory and high-allergen foods.

Organic, fresh, pure… nutrient dense recipes that let you feel good, with colors and flavors to tickle your taste buds.

Who says plant-based meals can’t be satisfying and delicious?

Even though – for me – “nothing tastes as good as feeling good feels,” the truth is that flavor and curb-appeal need not be compromised to eat healthfully. In other words, healthy food can be delicious and mouth-watering. AND reverse diabetes. and heart-disease. and more. it’s true.

In fact, it’s so powerful, and fast-acting (if you go all in) that if you’re on insulin or cholesterol lowering drugs, or any medication, its critical to be monitored by your doctor because your medication dosage would likely need to be adjusted downward.

Whole-food plant-based diets have been shown to not only prevent the major deadly diseases (heart disease, diabetes and some cancers), but to actually REVERSE many of our chronic diseases and life-threatening conditions. We can take charge of our own health. It’s both exciting and empowering.

Please note:

All recipes are Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB). ‘Whole food’ describes whole, unrefined, minimally-processed foods without extracted ingredients, such as sugar or oil that would damage the body’s endothelium (the inner lining of the arteries). ‘Plant-based’ describes food that comes from plants, and does not include ingredients originating from animal, such as meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, or eggs. Organic ingredients are sourced locally, and in-season whenever possible. Menus are subject to change depending upon availability at farmers’ market and local suppliers, as well as my passionate inspiration. I am delighted to have you with me on this journey.
